What We Do
Our main initiative is the Support Workers, a community-rooted, people-first program providing consistent, wraparound care to individuals navigating employment, housing instability, mental health, and/or substance use challenges. We champion grassroots change, harm reduction, and inclusive employment strategies. SpencerCreo Support Workers are dedicated frontline team members who build long-term, trusting relationships grounded in compassion and consistency. We don’t wait for participants to be “ready”—we show up for them as they are. Through trauma-informed, peer-aligned support, our team helps individuals navigate complex systems, build stability, and take steps toward the futures they envision for themselves.

Why It Matters
Participants in our program lead complex lives and bring with them a wide range of strengths, insights, and goals. With consistent, timely, and person-led support from SpencerCreo Support Workers, individuals are better able to navigate their chosen paths—whether that means returning to school, showing up for work, nurturing family connections, or building a life rooted in safety, meaning, and self-defined success.
Through empathy, action, and advocacy, we build bridges, not barriers, for people often left behind. We believe in investing in people because when individuals thrive, communities thrive.
